This page explains how Morocco Elegance handles your information when you message us or order from us.

What we keep

• Your name, and your WhatsApp number or Instagram handle
• Your messages with us and your order details (the piece, size, made-to-measure measurements, address, how you pay)

Why

To answer you, prepare and deliver your order, and follow up with you. We never sell your information or share it for advertising.

Who sees it

Only the shop owner and her team. Messages pass through Meta (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp), and we may use an AI service (OpenAI) to help draft replies — the owner personally confirms every order.

How long

Order records are kept for the shop’s accounts; you can ask for your personal details to be deleted at any time.

Deleting your data

Send “delete my data” via WhatsApp or Instagram @morocco__elegance. We remove your name, number, address, measurements and messages, and keep the order only as a record without anything about you.
